The once clearly defined borders of existence have been torn down, creating a chaotic, unstable new world where heroes and villains, gods and monsters, now coexist in an uncertain and dangerous balance.

Though his ultimate plans to reshape the cosmos have been halted, the Council members now find themselves wielding power they’ve never known. Their influence is growing, and with each passing moment, their grip on this fractured world tightens.
