In desperation the five emperors of the world united to form a defense against these creatures. Named; Aerilon Blackwood. A secret society composed of soldiers, mages, and even a few of the friendlier creatures who rebelled against their kind.
Many years later, the war on Revenants has been won, and that very taskforce now seeks to train and educate those who have been altered by the world's energy.
