the high king amadeus iii is dead! the realm of elloria, and its six kingdoms, has subsequently been plunged into chaos. the kings and queens of the other kingdoms are scrambling for power, and all the while, a man claiming to be amadeus iii's long lost song puts forth his claim to the high throne.

the realm is divided after an era of peace. war is close, and factions are fractured between supporting the high king claimant and opposing him. some strive for independence, whilst others see benefit in this new high king.

as all factions strive to gain more leverage and power in the harsh and unforgiving political climate, new evils arise from the shadows, threatening not only the realm's status quo, but the livelihood of every living being within elloria.
