The scientists of today's technology found a way to input this magic into fetus DNA, making the first wave of magic-born humans. But the Overseers didn't just come here to breed magic humans, no. They came here to train these young children to be weapons. With the protection of the Dome, these children are forced to compete in order to meet the expectations of their superiors.
