With the ability to hop across dimensions and planets is as easy as getting on a plane. It's your choice what you want to be; whether your character is a cannon character or an oc character. Once you've decided to be an oc or cannon you have the options of being a TSAB agent, civilian, or a villain/terrorist who abuses their power to get what they want or have their way with anyone.
