13 is the minimum age to use Discord and to be eligible for servers listed on GuildFinder.
18 is the age of majority on this platform, and anyone under 18 is considered a minor.
Listings must not include or target users under 13 in any way, including through defined age ranges.

Listings must not include or target users under 13 in any way, including through defined age ranges.
GuildFinder has zero tolerance for the exploitation, endangerment, or sexualisation of minors. This includes sexualised depictions of minors, including fictional characters presented as minors, adult or dating content aimed at minors, real-life meetup facilitation involving minors, and content or communities that violate COPPA or Discordβs minimum age requirements. Listings may not advertise or present a server as intended for users under the age of 13.
All listing content must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and may not advertise, promote, or suggest activity that violates them.
Listings may be posted in any language. Staff may use third-party tools to translate listings into English for review. Moderation and enforcement are conducted in English.
GuildFinder allows servers that contain a mix of general and adult-oriented content, provided that adult content is not the primary theme of the listing. If adult content is a major or defining element of the listing, it must be marked as Adult Content (AC) and have a minimum age of 18. Listings may not advertise, promote, or present adult content to users under 18. Listings may not be presented in a way that suggests adult content is appropriate for minors. Classification is determined based on the overall presentation, theme, and perceived intent of the listing.
The following are examples of content that may require a listing to be classified as Adult Content (AC).
This includes, but is not limited to:
Sexual themes such as erotic roleplay (ERP), BDSM, fetishes, or kink-related content
Drug, alcohol, or controlled substance culture
Firearms or dangerous goods as a major theme
Graphic, disturbing, or excessively violent material
Gambling, wagering, or similar activity involving real money or assets of real-world value

GuildFinder does not allow servers that advertise gambling, betting, or wagering involving real money, items or currencies redeemable for real money, or systems designed to simulate cash-equivalent wagering. GuildFinder also disallows unsupported trading models such as cross-trading, trust trading, and middleman trading outside supported systems due to abuse, scam, and user-safety risk.
Listings may advertise the sale of items or services, provided that the offering does not violate these Guidelines, any applicable third-party Terms of Service, or Adult Content restrictions. Listings may not be used to promote illegal, deceptive, or high-risk transactions.
GuildFinder does not allow servers centered around non-consensual sexual content, including intimate or sexual media shared without the consent of the person involved, even if that content is publicly accessible elsewhere. GuildFinder also does not allow servers whose primary purpose is the distribution of pornography, including servers primarily dedicated to sharing porn, nudes, cams, yiff, or NSFW bot content.
GuildFinder does not allow listings that promote or tolerate racism, hate speech, slurs, or targeted harassment. This includes the use of slurs regardless of context, including attempts to "reclaim" them. Listings that present or encourage this behavior are not allowed.
Servers may not be advertised if they promote or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, beaming, impersonation, account distribution, leaks, "methods," gray-hat or black-hat abuse, buy for you (B4U), academic dishonesty, or other activity that is illegal, exploitative, or materially unethical. If your server is related to a third-party service, game, brand, or product, it must also comply with that third partyβs rules.
GuildFinder does not allow ban evasion, redirect listings whose true purpose is to push users to another server, automation or scripting of actions on the platform, suspicious behavior reasonably believed to be automated or manipulative, copied or lightly modified descriptions, layout-breaking text, nonsense submissions, keyword stuffing, or misleading branding and content that does not meaningfully belong to the advertised server.
Listings may not advertise or promote the distribution of cheats, exploits, or bypasses that grant an unfair advantage in multiplayer games. This includes tools or methods designed to evade bans, bypass restrictions, or otherwise interfere with normal gameplay or enforcement systems.
Listings must represent a server that the submitter has the right to advertise. Server content, including names, icons, and descriptions, must not be copied, impersonated, or misrepresented without proper authorization or legal right.
Listings that advertise a Discord server itself as having no rules, no moderation, or otherwise disregarding enforcement of Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines are not allowed. This restriction applies to how the Discord server is presented. References to "no rules" or "anarchy" in the context of gameplay, such as game modes or in-server activities, are permitted.
These guidelines are not exhaustive. GuildFinder reserves the right to remove, restrict, deny, or reclassify any listing or server for safety, legal, operational, moderation, or platform-integrity reasons, even if a specific scenario is not listed word-for-word above.
