(Set after the events of Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite) Our two worlds as we know it, collided and fused into a new one where every Marvel and Capcom character could call "home"- one where individual and hybrid locations between the two franchises exist, one where the roster becomes bigger with new additions to it, one where old and new faces meet, one where never-seen-before team ups like Peter Parker (Spider-Man) and Juri Han are possible..... or M. Bison and Thanos, or perhaps Felicia Hardy (Black Cat) and Felicia (Darkstalkers). Or maybe you want to test your luck and pit one of your characters against two..... Whatever you do in this Brand New World, make sure that they count- because your actions have consequences
