Crossroads of the Athenaeum is a dynamic Discord roleplay server that hosts multiple immersive roleplay settings (called codices ), each with its own unique lore, characters, and rules. Below is a detailed breakdown of the server’s structure and offerings:

What is the Athenaeum?
An athenaeum traditionally refers to a hub of learning or culture. Here, it represents a shared universe where diverse stories and worlds converge. Members can explore interconnected or standalone narratives across different codices, blending creativity and collaboration.

Codex System
Each Codex acts as a self-contained roleplay setting with its own:
- Face Claim List: Real people (ages 19+) to represent characters.
- Lore & Rules : Unique supernatural or slice-of-life themes.
- Setting : Distinct locations and atmospheres.

The server currently features four main codices and three secondary codices , with future additions voted on by members.
