Set in an alternate world where technology has far surpassed our own, a decisive battle between the first sentient machine and a war-crazed "God AI" has left the very fabric of Synesthesia City in shambles. Sixty six years on from that tragic incident, the state of the world has shifted greatly, with technological implants and biological modifications becoming the new norm, and a rare few able to wield an otherworldly power. Leave your mark on the eight-sectored city, whether you'll be a slum rat or a corporate executive, the choice is yours.

What should you expect?

Cyber Society is a setting that is very much inspired by and borrows from the works of Cyberpunk Edgerunners, Overwatch, and Jujutsu Kaisen to make a cohesive city environment to call your own within this dystopian world. Our community is small but plenty welcoming and extremely excited to share in the fun with new players. Gameplay is run through a TTRPG system instead of your typical RP server, where the GM controls all NPCs for full immersion and continuity, and dice-based checks are made with the involvement of your stats and skills.

So, with what time I have left, I'm recording this. It's not a big secret that corporations are doing something big. Y'know, Arvestine's got a whole list of controversies, Zhongxin is a glorified Chinese puppet, and the Shiu group is burning down half a dozen blocks a day to buy them up and 'modernize' them. But…even this, there's something off about it. They're moving assets on incomprehensible scales, putting a gun in the hands of every single one of their employees. It's like they're plotting a fucking takeover of Hong Kong. Its-

The year is 2040. In the northern reaches of Canada, a port city built on 20th-century corporate exploitation has seen a new age and new parties come out of the woodwork trying to stake their claim on the sovereign state. The undercity sits and stews as consequence from the Earth for an abuse not quite theirs to blame, and the "outlanders" who roam the frozen plains beyond the city's borders make their own claims in the wild like a tent in a blizzard. Peoples' desperation for hope from a time past has been morphed into the idolization of prosthesis as "fashion" and, to some, a road to deification.

As a server, Antronis Port is a "slice of life meets cyberpunk" style of setting where the heart lies in the mundane and ventures into the mental stress of lifestyle. You can play someone stressed with making ends meet, a vendor selling street food outside of the Thunderdome stadium, a test pilot for the latest GilgaTec invention, or someone laser-focused on getting their next hit in the trash heap of Glenberry. Maybe you're interested in being another person's problem on the corporate ladder, or perhaps you'd like to play a role in the city's crime problem as a police officer, a Peacekeeper, or a gang member.

Antronis Port is an 18+ server to allow for competent, literate adult writers in a world infested with mature topics. We allow for ERP as a side effect, but non-sexual literate roleplay is the primary product.
