A Tale of Steel and Fire is a semi-literate to literate A Song of Ice and Fire roleplay set in an original timeline where Rhaegar won the trident, the mad king burned and the Nights King still remains North of the Wall! The story is yours to shape. Create your own noble, knight, a claimant to the throne!, or even an original house as you navigate the ever-changing balance of power across Westeros through the eyes of your character!
We are a growing community currently focused on The North and The Crownlands, in an effort to grow those regions first and create a world that feels more alive before expanding other playable regions! Allowing for more scenes to keep all players included in the plot and no one to be left out!

In this server, we are hosting a literate roleplay based within the wonderful A Song of Ice & Fire universe created by George R. R. Martin. We only allow members and writers that are 18+ or older. This roleplay takes place several years after the events of A Dance With Dragons.
Winter is coming, and the affects the looming threat has on the world are growing in number. Yet Westeros remains distracted. All through the continent, claimants to the Iron Throne put their names in the ring and drag house after house to be in support of them. In the North, people wonder whether the Stark cause is lost. To the east, Daenerys Targaryen continues to rise in power, and it is only a matter of time until she sets her journey west.
Prophecy, magic, political power. . . All of these melt together to create a tangle of human lives, strong ambitions, and more. But Westeros will need to be united under a just ruler if it is to survive the cold.
