A group of exiled humans, seeking revenge, plans to overthrow God, resulting in chaos akin to God's rule.

The story centers on Madelyn Campbell, a quiet, curious 17-year-old who, taken by God to fight, questions divine control. Inspired, her friends join her in seeking understanding rather than rebellion, showing God the value of empathy, leading to a significant change where God allows free will and humanity to shape its own destiny.
