As time passed, more and more were born with superhuman powers, from flaming hands to bird heads. Though none knew what to do with them, this changed.

⤖ In present-day, "Quirks" dominate the world. Earth has become a comic book, of heroes and villains, might and tyranny; what was once a sign of a Good Samaritan has turned to a business, a mere occupation of society. The world has become a peaceful place, with villains skulking in the dark and out of sight, only able to eke out a living in the fringes of this vigilant world.

Or so it would seem...

The winds blow and the stagnant air must change. Those who view the status quo as a rotten construct, clutched tightly by the hands of only the few who benefit from it are stepping out from the shadow and into the light. The Red and Black standard decree the new order that they will impose upon their new world.

What was once an Age of Peace, that was considered a Golden Age of Heroes, has now turned into a Despot of it was once something Beautiful...
All For One is Dead, and all the events that had transpired after his death were nothing short of Basic Heroics. Izuku and his classmates all graduated and went onto become Japans Finest Heroes and Even for all the world came nothing but a Golden Age. Crime Rates Dropped, Old Villains and New Villains were vanquished. It was really an age of Peace and Prosperity.. Even when it's an Age of Progress of technological Progress, which would be called the Second Renaissance. The Second Renaissance is and still is the Age of Technological Evolution and Growth.
However Not all was perfect:

- How many times must a Women and Her Child die because a Hero and or Villain couldn't stop fighting?
- How much Destruction does their need to be?
- One Single blast, One Single Fight Over and Over Again, causes nothing but Billions of Dollars in Damages.

Parts of the world have soon come to eventually hate Not just Villains but also the Heroes that protected them...

50 years ago the world outlawed Quirks. After All For One's defeat every nation signed the Quirk Accords, forcing civilians to surrender their powers while only licensed Pro Heroes remained. Japan became the model state. Surveillance expanded, children were evaluated as soon as their quirks manifested, and "unworthy" Quirks were erased. Beneath the illusion of peace, a secret black-ops agency kidnaps gifted children, fakes their deaths, and molds them into disposable assassins to protect the regime. Opposing it all is the fractured Resistance, risking everything to preserve freedom and the right to exist with Quirks. Now propaganda masks corruption, oppression, and rising unrest as the government prepares its most extreme law yet: the eradication of mutations from future generations.

Your characters aren't exactly sure how or why - but either by some eldritch beings playing around, or a simple glitch in reality, they've been transported to a town inhabited entirely by people from other universes.

Maybe some people from their universe show up, sometimes even people who shouldn't be alive. It becomes clear even some people supposedly from the same reality remember things just the *slightest* bit differently to eachother. Doesn't matter. These are the versions of their friends they have now, and you have to accept that.

The town is all there is to this reality. Food from the grocery store seems to just magically restock over night. Soulless "NPCs" inhabit every job, existing only to do one task. Some inhabitants start working to feel a sense of purpose (and to earn money, which also just mysteriously appears when they get the job done), slowly replacing each NPC.

Nobody is able to die. Sure, they can be tortured and things can be done to them that *should* cause death, but they always come back.

Characters who used to have Godlike power have been significantly weaked.. how humbling.

This town only has one house, a giant mansion.. or maybe hotel, that houses each and every new person within it somehow. Rooms just appear, it seems.

They simply have to learn to accept this life.
