At the turn of the century on the year 2300, our universe was visited by something. Something we never saw coming. A mysterious force swept across the milky way, spinning seeds of change. This caused our universe to collapse, converging with those parallel in the multiverse. In it’s infinite branches, dwindled to one. An event now known as “The Final Crucible”. Many believe it’s punishment for the lives we’ve lived. Our own personal crucibles to go through. And then there are those who believe it’s a second chance. Being thrust into a world where all manner of diverse minds and cultures suddenly exist together.
For the past 6 months, world leaders have argued and established a political presence in the world, trying to get to the bottom of the convergence and why it’s happened. New fantastical, and even terrifying discoveries where many folklore and legends are actually real, and sometimes……the boogeyman really is under your bed…..

Its a dwarf eat dwarf world out there. The universe is falling apart, bit by bit due to intergalactic conflict. Once the fighting stopped, everything had regressed back to primitive based life. 90% of the universe is deemed uninhabitable due to the harsh conditions left by the war. But while others see destruction, one person saw an opportunity. Prior to the war, a company created ARKLIGHT, A rig that's deployed with the task to rebuild and reconstruct by ANY MEANS NECESSARY. A limited amount of people were offered this oppurtinity to come willingly, while others had to be.. "Convinced".

The various men and women on this rig have strict orders to harvest as many resources as they can from anything they can scavenge from. No matter how big, small, or dangerous it is, as each sacrifice brings humanity closer to revival.

Even if they must kill their fellow dwarves.
